Programmable High-Precision Magnetic Angle Sensor IC

SC69411 is a differential Hall effect-based angular position sensor chip released by Semiment Technology. The chip integrates a fully differential Hall sensing matrix at the core, which detects corresponding sine and cosine position signals from an overhead S/N pole pair magnet. After being amplified by the preamplifier, the signals are sampled by the internal analog-to-digital conversion circuit.
